Naples Island

Naples Island is an island in the Alamitos Bay situated between the Long Beach Peninsula and Marine Stadium. The island is divided by canals that open to the bay. The canals are popular for small boats, kayaking, paddle boards and of course the local gondolas with their Gondoliers. This exclusive neighborhood is popular with people enjoying water sport and high walkability to enjoy the many walking paths, of local restaurants and views of the bay. Home on the canal and outer perimeter have boat docks and all boast unique architecture ranging from the 1920’s to the most elaborate designs of today. The Island was first developed in 1903 by Arthur Parson and completed in the 1920’s with the mission to be “Dreamland Southern California”

Located in the Southeast corner roughly half way between LAX and Orange County’s John Wayne airport, its location makes it a perfect spot for those that like easy access to business centers in LA and Orange County.
