Property Detail

Description

Idyllic remote property, set amid US forest land, in a community of custom built homes with large parcels. Formerly part of the Loma Linda University camp. There was a cabin previously on the site. Enormous pine trees dot the landscape along with many other native trees and shrubs. Roads lead to several possible new home sites on the parcel. Neighboring homes have spectacular views of Lake Arrowhead to the west. Power lines are on site and nearby from Southern California Edison. A community well provides water for the homes in the area. Private road allows for entry only for residents. Myriad hiking opportunities and a getaway location to build a home (or bring a modular). Neighborly isolated natural paradise.
